  • COVID 19 Policy

    In the case of a government enforced lockdown we will always be flexible and work with you to move your booking to another date if required (subject to availability). 


    Please check the current COVID alert level for your location and the venue location before booking.

  • Where are you based?

    Gravesend, Kent

  • How far will you travel?

    We cover various areas in London, Kent, Essex and Surrey.


    We can offer our services for International or Nationwide events, but this will incur overnight charges and travel and hotel costs.

  • Are your hot tubs good quality?

    Our hot tubs are manufactured by Intex, the worlds leading above ground pool manufacturer. The Intex Inflatable Spas are the world's best selling portable spas, built with unique Fibre-Tech internal wall construction for optimum stability and strength. Strong enough for people to sit on the spa side, and meaning that you can relax and unwind without a worry!

  • How much space do I need for the hot tub?

    Our hot tubs are great for areas of all shapes and sizes. Each hot tub comes flat packed and can fit through a usual size doorway. We require a 2 x 2 metre flat area for the tub.

  • How long does it take to fill?

    This is completely dependant on your water pressure, but usually between 1 - 1.5 hours.

  • Do you set up and fill the hot tub for me?

    Yes, our fully trained staff will install the hot tub, fill it ready for use and guide you through the controls.


    The hot tub is filled from your water supply (hose or indoor tap). This can be either hot or cold water. We recommend filling from your hot water tap, so that the tub is ready for immediate use. We just require a photo of your tap beforehand.


    *Please note that if using cold water, the warming time is around 12 hours.

  • What temperature does the hot tub get to?

    The maximum temperature is 40 degrees, but 36-38 degrees is the most comfortable.

  • How long do the hot tubs take to heat up?

    Around 15 hours in the coldest months. We recommend using your hot water supply to fill the  tub;  me aning that the tub will be ready for use immediately.

  • How do I book?

  • How do I make payment?

    Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. 

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes. An £80 deposit is requested in order to reserve your booking; with the remaining balance due on delivery. 


    We also ask for a refundable deposit of £200 during your hire period, eagainst any damage or severe soiling to the equipment.

  • When will my hot tub be delivered and collected?

    We will contact you prior to your delivery, to provide you with a delivery slot. Someone must be there at the time of delivery and collection. 

  • What size are your igloos?

    Our igloos are 3.6 metres and 2.2 metres high

  • Are the igloos ok in colder months?

    Absolutely! Our igloos are completely weatherproof and are great in the winter as a cozy outdoor space with 360 views. They are beautiful in the snow too. The only time that our igloos are not recommended, is when there are severe high winds. 

  • What size are your gazebos?

    Our 3 x 3 metre gazebos are perfect for a hot tub hire or home cinema package. But will not fit both.


  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured with £2m public liability cover.

  • What if I need to cancel my booking?

    If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to delivery. All booking deposits are non-refundable. However, we can work with you to book for another date. 

  • Who is liable for any damages?

    As per our Agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages caused during the hire. Please read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly to avoid any doubt.
